1. What Vibe Klip is

Vibe Klip is a personal publishing tool that lets a single user connect their own social media accounts and publish content — video, images, and text posts — to those accounts through each platform's own official API. Vibe Klip is not a marketing agency tool, not a bot, and does not perform any automated engagement, mass messaging, or account farming.

2. Your account

You connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for everything published through your connected accounts, including compliance with each destination platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies. Vibe Klip does not review or approve your content before it is posted — every post is initiated directly by you.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vibe Klip to:

• Post content that violates the law or the terms of any connected platform;
• Automate engagement (likes, follows, comments) or simulate human interaction at scale;
• Circumvent a platform's rate limits, review processes, or content moderation;
• Publish on behalf of an account you do not own or have explicit permission to manage.

4. Third-party platforms

Vibe Klip publishes content using the official APIs of the platforms you connect (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others). Each platform's own terms govern what happens to content once it is posted. Vibe Klip is not responsible for platform outages, API changes, content removal, or account actions taken by a connected platform.

5. No warranty

Vibe Klip is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed, that scheduled posts will always go out on time, or that any platform's API will remain available or unchanged.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Klip and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost content, lost revenue, or account suspension by a third-party platform.

7. Termination

You may stop using Vibe Klip and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, including misuse of a connected platform's API.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vibe Klip after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
